Our consultancy work sits at the front end of a development — helping clients define what they actually need, then managing the process of finding and appointing the Master Planner, Architect, Engineer, and Interior Designer who can deliver it.

That means running pre-qualification, coordinating workshops between client and design teams, negotiating contract terms, and staying involved until the appointment is signed and the project can move forward with confidence.

1996–1998

Abu Dhabi, UAE

ADMA-OPCO & ADGAS New Headquarters

Twin 26-storey towers joined by a signature glass atrium on the Abu Dhabi Corniche. We delivered full interior design, supply, and installation, plus structural consultation for the atrium curtain-wall system — coordinating factory tours across the US and UAE and managing procurement, freight, and installation supervision.

2005–2010

Giza, Egypt

Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM)

The world’s largest museum dedicated to a single civilization. We negotiated and secured the contract for the underground high-density mobile storage systems housing over 100,000 artifacts, then managed purchasing, shipping, and installation supervision.

2005–2009

Al Ain, UAE

Al Ain Diwan, Ruler's Representative Court

The Ruler’s representative office for the Eastern Region of Abu Dhabi. We coordinated with architects and contractors on the interior design phase, specified manufacturers and design elements, and arranged factory visits and travel logistics for client representatives.

Abu Dhabi, UAE

ADNOC New Headquarters

A landmark headquarters shaping the Abu Dhabi skyline. Our executive team led negotiations for the Master Planner, Architecture & Engineering, and Interior Design contracts — from scope definition through executive approval.

2007–2009

Doha, Qatar

International Bank of Qatar (IBQ) Headquarters

A landmark headquarters in Doha’s New District, since merged into Dukhan Bank. We led contract negotiations for the Master Planner, Architecture & Engineering, and Interior Design packages, from pre-qualification through final agreement.

2008–2013

Doha, Qatar

Qatar National Convention Centre (QNCC)

A 200,000m² convention and exhibition venue hosting conferences, exhibitions, and cultural events. Our leadership team managed contract negotiations and coordinated selection of the Master Planner, Architecture & Engineering, and Interior Design teams.

2009–2011

New Cairo, Egypt

BARWA New Cairo

A mixed-use development combining contemporary design with sustainable materials and smart infrastructure. We led contract negotiations and coordinated selection of the Master Planner and Detailed Designer of Architecture & Engineering, from pre-qualification through final appointment.
